Fundamentally a creative—a dancer, aerialist, writer, I could go on—I caved to pressure to find a stable, traditional career path. I got a degree in Computer Science, which I enjoyed, but the thought of getting a job in my field filled me with existential dread.
I eventually discovered my affinity for design, especially where it intersected with the variety of tech skills I'd amassed over the years. It soon became clear that I ought to re-center the performing arts in my life by using my digital design skills to serve professionals in the performing arts space.
